Leadership Update

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we are pleased to share that Margaret Beatty has been appointed as Interim CEO for Youthdale Treatment Centres as of May 28, 2025.

Margaret will bring extensive experience in healthcare leadership across hospitals, community services, and mental health system design to the interim role of leading all treatment centre services while the Board searches for a permanent CEO.

Under Margaret’s leadership, we remain focused on delivering the highest standard of integrated, measurement-based care while continuing to strengthen the systems, partnerships, and culture that support Youthdale's long-term impact.
